Trakresurs-Region presented several new products on the Russian market in 2022. Firstly, it is a wide range of crawler excavators with an operational weight from 1.6 to 51 tons. Secondly, it is an extension of the model line of wheel loaders.

The line of compact excavators is represented by CDM6016 machines weighing 1.6 tons, CDM6025 weighing 2.65 tons and CDM6035 weighing 3.85 tons. All these machines have the richest possible configuration – hydraulic lines for connecting attachments, quick-change attachments, etc. All the main components and assemblies from leading manufacturers – Kubota or Yanmar engines, hydraulic components Nachi, Nabtesco, Eaton. All the machines are equipped with rubber tracks that allow you to work in urban conditions, a sliding chassis on two younger models, which allows you to combine cross-country ability in cramped conditions with good stability during digging. And all three mini excavators have zero counterweight departure, so they can work close to walls, fences, etc.

The line of medium excavators has been replenished with the overall CDM6135 excavator weighing 13.6 tons, the latest CDM6205 excavators weighing 21.1 tons and CDM6245 weighing 25.8 tons and the new CDM6336 machine weighing 32.8 tons, which replaced the previous CDM6306 series of excavators. A distinctive feature of these machines compared to almost all excavators from China is the equipment of a hydraulic system with positive feedback. This system allows the operator to achieve a significant increase in productivity and reduce fuel consumption due to more efficient operation of all hydraulics. In case of resistance to the introduction of the bucket into the ground, positive feedback automatically increases the flow and/or pressure in the bucket, handle or boom gyrocylinders in such a way as to perform the task that the operator has set for the machine with maximum efficiency and with minimal energy consumption. In addition to the presence of this system, you can pay attention to the rich aggregate composition of excavators and outstanding technical characteristics. In particular, the Kawasaki hydraulic pumps used in this series of machines are the most modern and efficient, the 7th series, which is 1.5 times more efficient and more productive than the identical volume pumps of the 3rd series installed in the competitors' machines.

The line of Lonking wheel loaders in Russia has expanded due to the appearance of new ZL50NCS mining machines with a load capacity of 5.6 tons with a bucket of 3.6 cubic meters and LG876N with a load capacity of 7 tons with a bucket of 5.2 cubic meters. All these machines have a unique combination of high performance, high quality and low cost. The ZL50NCS and LG876N quarry loaders have the largest height and unloading range, which allow you to load tonars and quarry dump trucks with a slide without using a ramp.
