The company's managers will tell you about the unique RAP material processing plant. Equipment for processing asphalt granulate is economically and socially significant, as it has a positive effect on energy conservation and reduces the amount of emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. On the tower of the installation there is an aggregate for the separation of asphalt scrap into solid materials and binder. A reliable vibrating screen located below filters out asphalt granulate in 3-5 fractions. Thanks to this approach, asphalt chips are sorted by exact dimensions without bitumen, which makes it possible not to take it into account when producing a homogeneous mixture at the plant. It should be noted that this particular installation at the end of 2021 received the prestigious award of the People's Republic of China "Construction Machinery Best Application Awards 2021".
In addition to RAP material processing, NFLG will present a new line of bitumen foaming units. The use of bitumen foaming equipment from NFLG will significantly reduce the temperature of the finished asphalt, by 20-40 ℃, without the use of expensive additives and as a result save up to 25% on energy resources, as well as reduce the amount of harmful emissions into the atmosphere. Lowering the temperature of the mixture reduces the release of harmful substances by more than 70%. The output is becoming more environmentally friendly, and the work on laying asphalt concrete is safer.
NFLG engineers will also talk about the changes in the design of the paragraph. For example, we have increased the warranty on the original armor. Improvements made it possible to distribute wear over the entire plane of the mixer, which led to a doubling of the service life of the armor set: from 100,000 to 200,000 mixes.
