A heavy cargo tow truck with partial loading based on a four-axle KAMAZ-65801 (8x4) chassis is equipped with a Chaika-Fassi F295A CMU.2.22 and is intended for the transportation of defective vehicles and the elimination of the consequences of severe accidents associated with the liberation of the carriageway from emergency vehicles of all possible existing types by partial loading. It is also possible to evacuate trucks and buses by towing by wheels or evacuating vehicles on a rigid coupling, which significantly increases the range of operational properties of the tow truck.
The tow truck superstructure is controlled from the main control panel located in the rear right compartment of the body kit. It is also possible to control the tow truck using remote cord control or radio control.
Lawn NEXT (C42R33) with a double-row cabin is equipped with a domestic crane manipulator unit (CMU) Chaika 808NR 2S and is equipped with a steel side platform Fuhrmann.
The crane boom consists of two telescoping sections. The CMU column rotates 360 degrees. The side platform of the car is made of steel profile, the height of the sides can be 400 or 600 mm at the request of the customer.
The Chaika manipulator crane can be equipped with radio remote control, this will facilitate and speed up work during loading and unloading, as well as increase safety during operation.
The domestic telescopic combined hydraulic lift (AGP) Chaika-Socage TR424 is installed on the LAWN NEXT chassis with a double-row cabin. This model is characterized by a maximum height of 24 m, a maximum reach of 11.2 m, and a maximum carrying capacity of 300 kg. The car tower is equipped with an insulating cradle, which allows the operator to carry out work on power transmission and communication lines under voltage up to 2000 V without power outage in the absence of precipitation.
AGP was developed in Russia and has an increased carrying capacity of the cradle. At the request of the customer, the hydraulic lift is possible in the northern version for work in winter conditions at temperatures up to -50 degrees.
The JAC N180 cargo chassis is a novelty of 2022. The car is equipped with an on-board platform and a crane-manipulator installation of the cable type HC HLC-7016.
The CMU is equipped with a place for the operator on the column (a control post on the crane), which allows you to monitor the work operations performed and closely monitor them. In order to climb to the control levers, the crane is equipped with a convenient ladder, which is fixed near the column.
The telescopic boom is made of a bent profile and has 6 sections with a total length of 19.6 meters. The extension of the boom is realized with the help of three cylinders placed inside and a system of polispasts. This system has proven itself and is used on a variety of crane-manipulator installations.
To carry out work at height, the crane can be equipped with a certified construction cradle, which is attached to the boom head.
A cargo winch with a cylindrical gearbox and a mechanical brake is installed at the base of the boom, which holds the load in a static position during installation work. For safe operation, a rope break prevention device is installed on the winch.
The Chaika-Socage T318 trailer telescopic lift (lifting height – 18 m) is mounted on a two-axle trailer and operates from connection to the 380 V electrical network. At the request of the customer, a trailer lift can be manufactured, which operates from a gasoline or diesel hydroelectric power station.
The use of a trailer lift is especially important for performing repair and construction work in warehouses, as well as for the exterior decoration of buildings and the installation of various decorations and even billboards. The trailer is equipped with an adjustable drawbar, which allows you to operate the lift as part of any chassis. It is possible to install a lift with a height of 15 to 24 meters.
