A new binder distributor on the KamAZ-65115 HEPHAESTUS chassis was presented at the stand of the Kurgan Region 45 plant.
The road car with a 10-cubic capacity is equipped with an indirect system for heating bitumen emulsion, which eliminates the need for a manual burner and ensures the safety and environmental friendliness of laying the roadway.
The advantages of the model also include an automatic sliding distributor. It is enough for the driver to enter data on the width of the road section and the volume of bitumen supplied to the injectors on the touch screen right in the cab and then just move in the right direction. The distributor can process a web from 19 centimeters to 4 meters wide.
This binder distributor will show the greatest efficiency on federal highways, but it will also cope well on city streets. And if you need to work in cramped conditions, then the company is ready to install an add-on with a different cubature and distributor width on compact chassis like on GAZ, Foton, etc. It is also possible to install the equipment in the back of a dump truck and additionally equip it with a remote-control panel.
The machine was made in accordance to the import substitution program.
